House and Lot Website Turns Into a Blog

If this is your first time, welcome to my blog. If you’ve been here earlier, you may notice the abrupt change in the surroundings. I’ve turned my static website into a blog.

I will put what’s needed like available projects, what’s hot, price computations, PAGIBIG rules, updates, and the famous Assessment Form so that I can help you find what fits your realty needs within your financial capacity.

Having been a blogger for a year now, I find it easier and more comfortable updating blogs than websites. Besides, blogs are more search-engine friendly these days than static websites. It’s also easier to reach me by way of comments, email and even IM.

For those who are expecting a reply from me, I’m sorry it has taken long. I will get back to you, but if you’re in a hurry, I’d appreciate a message in the comment area here. If you have questions, clarifications, please feel free to ask.

As many of you might have known already, I don’t do business from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset because I’m a Sabbath-keeper. I respect whatever religion you have, I expect the same. In case you need a Saturday tripping schedule, I’m sorry, I can’t be with you. Someone in my stead can take my place but if you can have it other than Saturday, I’ll most probably be with you.
