March 15, 2008 ONLY: P10,000 Discount For Laguna Buenavista

As there will be an Open House, there will also be P10,000 Discount off the Total Contract Price for all Laguna Buenavista models EXCEPT those under the Flavors of the Month.

The Open House discount is valid only for March 15, 2008.

Please make ready the following:

- latest one month payslip (locally employed)/proof of income (OFW)
- latest Meralco bill (even if it’s not under your name as long as the address is the same as your address)
- valid ID with picture and signature
- reservation fee (check the sample computation for amount for specific model)
