Discounts For March 29, 2008: Can Be Accepted Now Till Then

In addition to the March 2008 Flavor of the Month Discounts, the following will apply on March 29, though reservation can already be entertained even before that date to be able to choose first:

5K discount on TCP for Rosal model, SJV7

20K discount on TCP for Althena and Ascela models, SJV8

5K discount on TCP for Sentossa model, SJV9

Additional discounts for SJV7, SJV8, SJV9, and SJV10 projects will be the FREE Meralco and Water connection and PAGIBIG processing fee (if through PAGIBIG) which amounts to a whopping P10,000!  If you avail through In-house, it will be less P7,000 instead.

Initial documents/requirements:

- Meralco bill (latest)
- valid ID
- payslip (latest 1 month)
- reservation fee (5k for Sampaguita, Sentossa and Rosal; 10K for the rest)
