This model house is done for an end unit but it is just the same for an inner unit. Other pictures that show the community can be found from the previous post.
By the way, landscaping is just for suggestion and is not included in the price package for Sampaguita, or any model, for that matter.
Above, circuit breaker is used instead of fuse switch box that is normally installed in rowhouses.
Above, kitchen sink is placed outside, at the back, because in previous projects, buyers moved their inner kitchen outside so the inside can be more spacious. Normally the perimeter is walled by the buyer so it’s just logical to put the kitchen outside even at the start so the buyer will have less trouble doing so.
Remember to fill up the Assessment Form so we can figure out where you qualify…or do you rather have an apogee condo south beach unit?
