More space for the same lot area that of Sampaguita, Sentossa is a townhouse loft that is still easy on the budget. Having a ground floor and a loft floor means you get a cooler area
(ground floor) on the hottest day. Ideally for family starters and in case of growth, the loft floor can still be expanded to cover the whole area instead of just half to accommodate another room.
Since the area is already cool compared to downtown San Pedro, the place is categorically more refreshing at a fraction of the normal cost.
Sentossa pricelist is available and if you haven’t done so yet, please fill up the Assessment Form so I can lead you to what fits, physically and financially.Â
From time to time there are discounts; please check the latest about it.
By the way, St. Joseph Village 9 is an existing community. It is just a neighbor to St. Joseph Village 10.
Again, getting a core unit is for those who are either wanting to have their own interior design/structure or for those limited financially. If it’s the latter, the house is livable enough until you have enough later to improve on the interior.
