It’s a fact, there are fake housing agents which makes them illegal. Beware of them.

How do you detect them? One basic proof, in reserving, the agent must be able to bring you to the office of the developer and not just the office of the agent or broker. That way, you are sure that you talk with the developer. Developers also know who their brokers and agents are.

Below is the video of Imbestigador of GMA-7 which I tried to look for when my brother notified me of it. Of course, I’m concerned. It is because of such malicious people that the jobs of the truthful are tainted.
