Price increase for models Sampaguita and Parklea will take effect on April 19, 2008. The increase will be P50,000 more for Sampaguita (from P425,000 for core to P475,000) and additional P110,000 for Parklea core, which makes P885,000 lost opportunity if you wait for P995,000 to take over.

To reserve, please bring your latest Meralco bill (not necessarily under your name but the residential address is where you can get your mails), latest one whole month payslip, valid ID, and of course, reservation fee.

If you are the out of the country and you have someone to transact in your behalf, contract of employment in place of payslip and passoport copy will be needed. In case (just in case, ok) there is no one to transact in your behalf, I can pose as your AIF (Atty-in-Fact you give your Special Power of Atty). It is an option that has to be taken as a last resort, ok? I don’t want to give the self-serving impression. I’m just trying to help. In case you take this route, that is your decision that you are responsible of. In all honesty and truth I lay down everything for you and would in no way put you in harm just to so I have a sale. I’d rather have no sale than have a bothering conscience. It’s not worth my future. Still, as a disclaimer, if you make me your AIF, that is your decision for which the responsibility is in your hands.
