Parklea is a single attached 37.6sqm bungalow on an 80-sqm land. You can expand upwards if you like to later. You can enclose the garage area, if you so wish.

The following pictures are taken for the complete type. For the core type, there is no ceiling nor floor finishing (walls are coated once, white). There is no division either, for the partition of bedrooms. If you are limited financially or you want your own design interiorwise, you might consider the core to save you money.
