Where is St. Joseph Village 9 where you can find Sentossa, Sofiah, Parklea (sold out in SJV9 but availabe in SJV10), and Santorina? What does the village look like?

Here is the Wikimapia link of St. Joseph Village 9 to the view below:

Here is the lot map which is clickable so you can view the large version:

Let’s enter the village…pictures taken last year, April 2007.

Below: The entrance gate.

Below: guarded.

Below: Homeowners Association exists and with an ongoing environmental project.

Below: part of the entrance.

Below: There were only 10 units of this model (Silvanah) which aligns from the gate towards the rotonda (circle) which were also the very first ones sold in 2006. I never even had the chance to offer it.

Below: check the map. The 6-pointed starred circle is this rotonda. From the gate to that small circle is just about 5 houses away.

Below: the clubhouse (now fully built) and the village’s own water tank you are ensured of water supply 24 hours a day.

Below: around the rotonda.

Below: Sofiah townhouses. (Block 24)

Below: Parkea units. The unit at the corner has been turned into an eatery. (Block 5)

Below: Sofiah model house. (Block 23)

Below: The very first resident owns that very first eatery which is that corner unit. (Block 9)

Below: Sofiah. (Block 22)

Below: You can fence your area.

Below: The model units of Sampaguita 2 bedrooms, Sampaguita core,  and Sampaguita 3 bedrooms (available in SJV10).

Below: Waste management disposal in effect.

Below: Another row of Sofiah. (Block 21)

Below: Block 20 starts Sentossa.

Below: Some vegetable garden.

Below: Block 15 fronting end of Block 1.

Below: The road is between Block 9 and Block 14.

Below: Block 6 and behind it is Block 7.

Below: Along Block 14, the last Sentossa unit is a preparatory school. The Sampaguita units you see are only for the employees of The Philippine Star. Just think about it, if the developer is doing something wrong, they would be easy to be exposed by no less than its residents from The Philippine Star.

Below: Blocks 10-12 are Sofiah units.

Below: Between Blocks 9 and 10. Take note that these were taken a year ago.

Below: Block 13

Below:  Looking at the map, I was standing somewhere where it says “Excluded Area Future Expansion.”

Below: Probably between Blocks 5 and 6.

Below: Drainage culverts.

Below: Block 29 (both pics).

Below: Cool breeze continuously blows (notice my hair).

Below: Block 27 and where houses (Santorina) are standing, that’s Block 26.

Below: Block 28. Behind this is where the proposed resort will be located, with a swimming pool. (SJV1 was the first to village to have a swimming pool. SJV9 is intended to be the 2nd.)

Below: Sidetrip to SJV1’s resort pool. It was taken in July 2007 during an evening of awarding ceremony (bowling; I got the Top Women’s Single) and midyear sales rally. I just adjusted the image level to tone down the darkness a bit.

Below: Between Blocks 27 and 26, Santorina units.

Below: Drainage, Block 26.

Below: Block 2. This is actually the house of one of my buyers. The house has been occupied since June last year.

Below: The pathway (road) towards the back is actually the location of the commercial area where the (catholic) church will be built. If you check the map again, that’s where it says ‘(reopened only)’ in red letters. Beside the church is the marketplace and next to it farther towards the North-East (as you look at the map) is the hospital.

Below: Walking in between Blocks 2 and 26, towards the curve, turn left and on the right is the model house of Santorina (Block 2).

That’s it, we just toured the whole village. :)

If you haven’t done so yet, remember to fill up the Assessment Form so I know what you like but then I have to see if you qualify for what you like, and if not, let’s see how we can design a financing scheme that fits you best.

    Hi,

I was very impressed with your presentation. I would like to know more information, please shoot me an email anytime. We’re very much interested with SJV 9 or 10.

I’d like to know the price, the monthly amortization and the schools near the facility. Also, is it near market and groceries as well as catholic churches?

I hope to hear from you soon.

    Thanks,

    Jake
