I would like to have a full view picture or video of Ascela model and Althena model, my mom already visited althena but she forgot to take picture of it. So if you could provide me. It’s either you can send it thru my email or just post it here and I’ll just check it. My mom already made a deal with one agent ********** but what she sent to me is just the computation. We are living in Southville 1 Bgy. Marinig, but Im now here in Saudi Arabia and I’m planning to buy one of your unit in St. Joseph 8. I have a question also, if Im going to pay it cash is there a rebate or discount? 2.450M for Althena how much discount will I get? And once I pay it full is it ready for occupancy? Which is better core type or complete type (if you could provide pictures for both it will be easier for me to decide), coz ******** told to my mom core type is better so you could decide which design you like, how about you can I have your professional advice? Looking forward to negoiate with you.

I lost the ‘complete’ better pics of Ascela so I’ve attached ones I asked from my broker.
Deciding whether to get a core or complete depends on your needs and availability of funds.
If funding is no problem, and the existing design of the interior like partition (walling) and flooring is already ok by your standard, then might as well go for complete. This is especially true if you are not here to supervise your own contractor in case you get a core. At least with complete, you will just have to move in with less hassles and headaches if you’re going to get your own contractor which usually go beyond your supposed budget than was previously mentalized. With a complete house, you don’t have to worry about any price increase after you have signed the reservation form even if fuel prices increased, which usually affects almost everything in the market.
If, on the other hand, you are limited to less than the price of a complete unit, getting a core is an alternative, or usually, the better choice than not getting one right now while the prices are still at the current (it never gets lower, you know). Then when you have the money later, you can little by little install partition, flooring and design your interior while you’re living in it. At least you got a roof over your head. Cores are without partition, plain cement flooring and single wall coating, and no ceiling. Very basic but livable structurally.
