Hello Chlei, I’ve put a link that goes directly to the folder of pictures. One of them is the sample computation. If you check the 3rd column, that’s for inhouse (2 bedrooms). House is ready about 3-4 months after full downpayment.

@Lily: Lot is 75 sqm and floor of 3BR is 65sqm. From the link above to the pictures and sample computation, the farthest column to your right is for Pagibig (3 bedrooms). pls send your assessment form so we can check your qualification. How long have you been a pagibig member?

@jeneth: Since there is some problem with the pics loading (I wish I knew why they don’t load), I’ve put up the link to the pics which you can find above (in the post). It also includes the sample computation columned to show 2bedrooms and 3 bedrooms with financial options via bank, inhouse and Pagibig. If somehow it does not work on your end, let me know and I’ll email the pics (9 of them).
