Price increase for models Sampaguita and Parklea will take effect on April 19, 2008. The increase will be P50,000 more for Sampaguita (from P425,000 for core to P475,000) and additional P110,000 for Parklea core, which makes P885,000 lost opportunity if you wait for P995,000 to take over. (more…)
